Australia Post shipping applies with pricing by weight, standard rates shown below.

International orders will be priced accordingly.

Delivery Times

For items that we have in stock, orders will be posted within two working days.

For items marked with 'Pre-Order 4week delivery option only', orders will be posted within 1 to 4 weeks dependent on re-stocking time.  

The more orders we get, the quicker our stock will build up, resulting in speedier delivery times for you.  To get all your earth-friendly brands in one place, keep ordering (tell your friends too) and we will soon be fully stocked!

Returns & Exchanges

CHANGE OF MIND

We would like you to absolutely love what you have bought, and your satisfaction with your purchase is a priority. We understand that sometimes the item may not be the right size, colour, style, or that you simply may not like it.

If that’s the case, we will be happy to exchange the item, provided you contact us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. Please make sure your item is unworn and in its original packaging.  We will post the replacement item once the original has been received at our end, and we are satisfied that it is in a sellable condition.  If your have worn the item and there is query to the 'as new condition' of the item, please consider selling it on our 'Eava: Buy, Swap & Sell' page on Facebook.

Please note that for changes of mind we will require you to pay any additional shipping costs.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item at info@eava.com.au.

RETURNS PROCESS

For other queries about returning an item, please contact us with your name, invoice number and reason for return, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items.
